Have you ever wondered the reasons behind a person leaving your church? Have you ever wondered what they were thinking? A friend of mine, Jason Loftis (or J-Lo for short), has created a site called Letters from Leavers where people can share the places they feel the church is lacking or how they failed to keep them coming back for more. There is some pretty interesting stuff there already. I would honestly tell any church leader to go and check out this site and read some of the stories and reasons behind people leaving cause whether we like it or not it’s happening in all of our ministries at some level.
