Sunday’s Stage Design element

This past Sunday in Elevation we added a cool element to our stage. What was it you ask? 30 feet of rotating artwork. Check it out below. 6 flats painted by members of our church on one side and the word PURITY on the other side. Our resident tech Director (and all around awesome sound guy) rigged them up the flats on lazy susans with crazy spring action so when you step on a lever they spin and spell the word. Check it out. Awesome artwork and cool element in the service. Great job Nicole and your design team! You guys rock! Oh and if you want a closer look click on the pics but be warned… they’re only iphone quality.

    Hey Vic…

    That’s awesome mate! You know… i’ve been in a creative rut lately, mainly because i feel our place is small… but that’s just an excuse! Your idea is simple and brillant… just like your facial expressions!!!! :) Thanks mate… you’ve given me motivation

    Once again I use my blog for my own church’s gain.. Sunday service verses.

    O LORD, our Lord,
    How majestic is Your name in all the earth! Psalm 8:9

    For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:38-39

    Exalt the LORD our God
    And worship at His holy hill,
    For holy is the LORD our God Psalm 99:9

    But as for me, by Your abundant lovingkindness I will enter Your house,
    At Your holy temple I will bow in reverence for You. Psalm 5:7

    Praise the LORD!
    Praise the name of the LORD;
    Praise Him, O servants of the LORD,
    You who stand in the house of the LORD,
    In the courts of the house of our God!
    Praise the LORD, for the LORD is good;
    Sing praises to His name, for it is lovely. Psalm 135:1-3
