alright, so we finally have some solid answers from the doctor that just came On duty this morning. Until now we’ve been told many different things from different doctors bit this one gave us some clarity as to what they want to see before they let Emily come home. Basically, today they decided to take Emily off of antibiotics because she is doing so well that they don’t feel like she needs it anymore. She told us that as long as Emily has no fever for the next 48 hours without the antibiotocs she can be discharged. However, if the fever returns then they will restart the antibiotic treatment and keep her until it is comepleted which could take upto a few weeks. So were glad to hear that there is finally some goals for us to cling to and to hope for. So please be praying for Emily and her fever not to return. Thanks for the prayers. 48 hours!!!

blessings from Ireland
This sounds so familiar. Celina was 3 weeks old when she went back into the hospital. The pumped so many antibiotics into her they then couldn’t really find out what was wrong. They did a spinal tap and it was probably meningitis, but we will never know and now she is wonderful. So there is hope and prayer. Love you guys.
I am so glad to hear you finally have some answers. Thanks for your updates! You are most definitely in my prayers! Despite all the craziness, remember God is always with you and watching over you and your entire family!
Leslie and I have been praying for Emily and the whole Estrada family. It’s so great to read this good news. Hang in there and keep leaning heavily on God’s strength through this tough time.
I read on your twitter that your girls are home!!!! YAY!! I’ve been thinking and praying for you guys tons.
