I know this has been out for a while now but I just wanted to reiterate what so many other people have been saying about Planning Center Online. It seriously has made my job so much easier and helped me to do things better than I had been doing them before. I gotta tell you though that it wasn’t always this way. When I started using PCO a few weeks ago I pretty much didn’t like it but then a new friend, Brian Wurzell, showed me the light when he gave me a glimpse of how they use it over at his church and since then I haven’t looked back.
Seriously, if you are a worship leader that works with multiple volunteers this site is incredible for helping you to stay organized and for me it’s been a way of helping me to stay ahead of the curve in terms of my planning. Go check it out for yourself though and if you need help let me know… I’ll give you the hookup.
I’m also wondering who else out there is using PCO… why do you use it? What advice would you give to a noob like me?

I got our church using it several months. Huge time saver! Very cool program.
What I haven’t got them doing yet is scheduling non-Sunday-morning activities yet. Our band does a lot of things like coffee shops, parades, fundraisers, parties, etc… PCO should be used for those too, but it isn’t.
Dude - I’m in love with Planning Center! I’ve been using it for about 3 months and my team loves it even more than I do. The best part is that it makes me look WAY more organized than I really am!
