Do you ever feel like you’re surrounded? I do. But ya know what? I guess for me that feeling takes on a different meaning depending on where my heart is at the moment. For example, there are times where I’m just feeling completely and utterly overwhelmed and I don’t know what to do and I feel like I’m surrounded by everything and nobody and it’s all coming crashing down on me. On the flip side of that though there are times where I can see the amazing people that God has put in my life and how they come around me and support and surround me the way that family and friends and the church should…. I love these times. Anyway, onward we go.
Last night, a local radio station kicked off the Christmas season with an awesome Christmas concert with some great artists here at our church. And what was awesome for me was to see a ton of people that I love and care about and respect come over in our huge room and just fellowship and sing with each other. I was reminded last night of how many amazing people God has put in my life from my beautiful wife, my friends and musicians here at Calvary, local musicians and pastors, and the like. It was awesome. Thanks to those of you in my life who surround me… I am blessed by you. Thanks.
